How I Resolved my Type2 Diabetes with a pancreas friendly food chart | Video Transcript | Welcome
Hello, I set up this website for folks like me with type 2 diabetes. It is estimated there are some 18 million Americans still waiting to be diagnosed. I had no idea when I was diagnosed. I’m not overweight. I’m not sedentary. I had no symptoms and I had no diabetes in my immediate family. I simply didn’t fit the profile and if not for a simple blood test called and A1c I still wouldn’t know about my type 2. As soon as I was diagnosed I needed to find out what to about it. I did a lot of research. I applied what I learned and I built a food chart. A pancreas friendly food chart. It actually worked, it was easy, I didn’t have to change the way I was living my life and I am on no medication. I told my friends about my type 2 and what I was doing and how I resolved it. They suggested I share what I had learned with others.
So, I wrote a 20 page paper titled, How I Resolved my Type 2 Diabetes. It is available on the website and it includes the pancreas friendly food chart. It’s inexpensive, priced for everyone and it’s a 30 minute read. Also on the website are free videos about what I had learned. Just click and watch, it’s that simple. Thanks for stopping by.
Notes:
Diabetes Millitus, its medical name is often called sugar diabetes. There is more than one type of diabetes. Most common is Type 2 or insulin resistant. Type 1 diabetes is also known as insulin dependent. Diabetes is the result of an over worked pancreas. I used a chart called the glycemic index to calulate the glycemic load for the foods I usually eat.
